Upgrading Your Copy

If you have an older (but not obsolete - see below) copy of one of our products and wish to upgrade to the latest available version:

• Download the Evaluation copy from the Downloads page
• Install the Evaluation copy in the same location as your old copy

The evaluation copy should find your existing registration information and register itself automatically.  In rare circumstances you may have to re-enter your registration information.

You do NOT need to uninstall the previous copy of the product.

Upgrading an Obsolete Copy

When we release new major versions of our products - that contain significant new features - we declare the previous version obsolete.  Obsolete versions can still be downloaded from our website and unlocked using your old registration codes but these codes will NOT unlock the new release.  You can continue to use the obsolete product indefinitely but we will charge an upgrade fee if you wish to begin using the new release.  As an existing owner you are entitled to a discount when upgrading.  Contact us for more details.
