Toolbar Buttons Not Appearing/Have Disappeared
Description
You have selected Word Integration during installation but the toolbar buttons are not appearing.
Cause 1
Loading the required toolbar definition file has been turned off in Word. This is quite common and Word can sometimes
decide to turn the toolbar off ALL BY ITSELF - often for no apparent reason.
Action 1
Open Word, go to the Tools menu and select Templates and Addins.
Place check (tick) marks next to all Efofex templates.
Cause 2
The toolbar has loaded correctly but has been disabled. This can easily be done inadvertently by the user.
Action 2
Right click on any toolbar. Place a check (tick) mark next to all desired templates.
Cause 3
The toolbar definition files are not in the startup directory. This can occur if Word Integration was inadvertently not selected during installation or
if the files were installed but have been deleted - usually during a system upgrade or cleanup
Action 3
Re-install the product, selecting Word Integration and using an account with Administrator Privileges.
Cause 4
The wrong toolbar definition files were copied during installation because the installer has not selected the correct version
of Word.
Action 4
Confirm your version of Word and reinstall.
