Subscription or Licence Expires Unexpectedly
Description
You have been using the product successfully for some time and then,
for no apparent reason, it reports that the subscription or licence has expired.
Cause
Older Efofex products store their registration information in simple text files that are stored in the All User profile.
(On most computers the files are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Efofex)
System administrators, particularly of school networks, have been known to wipe this area of all information -
taking the Efofex registration information with it. Often some time
passes between the deletion and someone noticing that our products have become unregistered and this can make the
effect seem more random.
Action
To fix the problem, all you need to do is re-enter the registration information. Our product will rewrite the file and
things should return to normal. Please note that you may require administrator privileges to save to the All Users profile.
We also suggest that you point your system administrator to this information so that they can exclude this directory from
future clean-ups. Alternatively you can upgrade your versions to current copies which save registration information in a different location.
