Registration Code is not Working

Description
You are typing your registered name and registration (unlock) code but our product is reporting that your code is not valid.

Cause

There are three reasons why codes fail.

  • Mistyping or changing the registered name.
    The code is linked to the registered name and the name must be entered EXACTLY as shown on your sticker. The biggest problem is abbreviations (eg changing High School to HS)
  • Mismatching the codes and products.
    The codes are linked to individual products - you cannot use an FX Draw code in FX Equation for example. You need to ensure that you are using the correct code for each product.
  • Mismatching the codes and versions.
    Each major version of our products has its own code. You cannot use an FX Draw 1 code in FX Draw 2 for example.

FX Graph 3 requires the extra step of nominating which licence type you are registering. Failing to choose the correct option will prevent registration.
