Tangent Line Mode

Before using your mouse to create a tangent, you must first enter Tangent Line Mode. Push the button on FX Graph's toolbar. The cursor will change to to remind you that you are using Tangent Line mode.

Tangent Line mode is only available if you have entered a function that FX Graph can attach a tangent line to.

Once in Tangent Line mode you can use the mouse to create tangent lines.
